Rick Hall, Managing Partner
Rick is responsible for all areas of project delivery, customer support, sales support, and customer satisfaction for the company. Rick brings 18 years of IT experience to the StormWood team including leading several start-up organizations that specialized in LAN/WAN, Wireless, Security, and Voice over IP. Rick holds a Bachelors of Computer Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Chris Heine, Inside Sales Manager
Chris is a nine-year veteran in the IT/Telecomm industry. Previously he worked as a technical recruiter in St. Paul, Minnesota before moving to Atlanta in 2001, where he worked as a Telemarketing Director conducting campaigns to local businesses that were seeking a new Telephony System. As Inside Sales Manager for StormWood Technologies since 2003, Chris assists the sales force in purchasing, design, and customer quotes. Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University. Chris spends his spare time with his wife Tammy and daughter Madison and on the golf course.
Jay McKeever, Managing Partner
Jay McKeever is an original member of the StormWood team. Since helping found StormWood in 2002, Jay has help StormWood grow from a start-up to a multi-million dollar company. Jay has contributed to StormWood’s success in many ways, including engineering, sales and management roles. He is currently running the support and engineering teams. Jay did his undergraduate studies at NC Wesleyan College where he also played Soccer for a year and then went on to NC State.
Eric Niemi, Senior Sales Executive
As Senior Sales Executive, Eric is responsible for driving sales in the Southeast region and has over 10 years experience in IT sales in LAN/WAN, Wireless LAN’s, VPN, VoIP, Wireless Security and Intrusion Detection. Prior to joining StormWood Technologies in 2003, Eric was an IT Manager with Span2 Networks in Atlanta, GA. Eric earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Saint Bonaventure University in Olean, NY.
Byron Stewart, Managing Partner
Byron is one of the founding members of StormWood Technologies bringing over 20 years experience in telecommunications and data networking offering a unique combination of expertise. In this role with StormWood, Byron leads a team providing technical support and installation of a wide array of networking products and services including ShoreTel, Enterasys Networks and LifeSize High Definition Video Conferencing. Byron is a qualified network professional and holds many certifications in several different technologies. Prior to forming StormWood Technologies with two other partners in 2001, Byron spent four years as a Senior Network Consultant at Cabletron Systems. Before joining Cabletron Systems in 1997, Byron worked for eight years for a diverse range of organizations, including Honeywell Networks Services and Southern Bell.
