iHealth Technologies Insurance has used ShoreTel VoIP as our office telephone solution since November of 2007. We started with 150 users and have expanded to over 350 users with the majority residing in our Atlanta office as well as two remote sites in Dallas, TX and Norwalk, CT and 25 users with IP230 VPN phones on their home office desks. The ShoreTel system works great providing good voice quality, great technical support, as well as being highly scalable.

The staff at StormWood Technologies is very helpful, exceedingly skilled, and always friendly. StormWood’s FTP site is always updated with the latest builds and firmware needed and I know I can always depend on them being there whenever needed.

We are in the process of installing a ShoreTel conference bridge right now, with plans to install a Contact Center in a few months. We have integrated a RightFax fax solution into our system, via the 24A analog switch and have had a great experience.

As the administrator of the system, I can tell you that it is a very easy system to configure and administer. It never fails to make me look good in front of our management team. As our business grows, we know that the ShoreTel system will grow right along with us.
