Hall County began working with StormWood Technologies on our new jail project in 2007. It was the first time we explored using VoIP and they helped us navigate and learn all we needed to know about ShoreTel VoIP. Throughout the education and bid processes they always provided answers, technical assistance and sound advice.

We selected ShoreTel because the product is easy to use, easy to administer and, most importantly has the best pricing. We selected StormWood Technologies as our partner for several reasons including the fact that StormWood engineers understand how to make solutions work in the real world, not just in a lab under perfect conditions. StormWood’s sales and support staff know their business and they excel at getting the deal done, which is especially valuable in today’s economic climate. During the initial project with StormWood and in the times since, when we’ve run into challenges StormWood always has a solution. The bottom line is: they solve our problems.

We recently decided to partner with StormWood on our Enterasys networking equipment, as well. Since we partner with StormWood on both the ShoreTel system and the Enterasys network it’s using, we can rely on a single partner to design, deploy and support our networking and IP communications. With StormWood’s recent growth into other technologies, we look forward to expanding our partnership with them in the near future.
