iHealth Technologies Insurance has used ShoreTel VoIP as our office telephone solution since November of 2007. We started with 150 users and have expanded to over 350 users with the majority residing in our Atlanta office as well as two remote sites in Dallas, TX and Norwalk, CT and 25 users with IP230 VPN phones on their home office desks.
